Nguyễn Đức Ban (Ban Nguyen’s ), 29-years-old ambitious man, is a type of principles-followed web developer. He has worked for over 5 years at many companies such as: AsinVN, Hitek Vietnam, SGC Solution, TV, EPI, VON, etc… As a software manager in those companies, he found that their software departments haven’t made things in professional way and never paid attention in basical principles. So, he wants to build his own software team which is different from the others. Now he begins this dream with Asaleo{dot}com project as a Software supervisor.
