Experiences
ASALEO jsc (2007 – present)
I am currently working here. This is the company what founded by my friend, Nguyen Nam Tien, and me. It will never be enough to tell you about ASALEO jsc. So if you want to know more, why don’t you join us and figure it yourself?
For your information, we are looking for candidates of the position HTML/CSS programmer. Enjoy it? Click here to read on. If you have questions to ask, feel free to email me to nguyen {at} ducban {dot} com.
VON jsc (2007)
I began with VON jsc as the position of a HTML Designer, but after two week, I was promoted to act like a HTML Leader. I have chance to learn HTML/CSS from other Leaders in my department, but I also taught them how to manage their team and their assigned assignments. VON jsc has a lot of talents, I love to work with them. In my opinion, VON jsc’s working environment is good, everybody would be happy to work here. But “have a good working environment” wasn’t enough to guarantee the business go well. I found myself stuck with their terrible working process, what was designed to make the company become the playground of only one decision maker. I left VON after 5 months, with a lot of lessons learned, especially useful when I become the co-founder of ASALEO jsc.
EPIVietnam (2006 – 2007)
EPIVietnam is a good company. They have a framework to develop the Web, they have good Web Designers to design the Web, they have a good process to manage their members to do a project, and they need me to help them to guarantee that this process goes right. I was love to work here, especially the good part is I have chance to re-united with my ex-coworker from my old company. As my position, during the time I working there, I have time to think about the Web. I realized that I should not stick with PHP, and it is to soon to be happy with this position. After some debates with the board, I was fired but I felt happy with this.
HITEK (2005 – 2006)
HITEK was a good startup what helps VNNIC buld their domain management system. I been there to work as a PHP developer. In this company, people don’t have to know what is a “dynamic web” or “static web”. They don’t event know how to work follow the code of conduct, because their managers force them to RIP web layouts from Template Monster. The reason what keeps me to stay here for a while is the promise to change these sins from the boss. After i realized that he forgot his promise, I quit!
ASINVN (2004 – 2005)
ASINVN is the first company of mine. It’s small, and its owner is my cyber friend Dzu Khanh. I joint this company after graduated from Tay Nguyen University. Working at ASINVN was taught me everything about how to play my role as a Project Manager, about how to manage a small team with four members. I has learned about how to run a project, and how to communicate with team-members to bring the project alive. I also learned about how to work with a boss who always “act” like a friend, and how to walk away from the pain of it. I decided to resign from my position one year later.
