Are you for real, Megastar?

I hate to write this blog, because this is my another blog about my favorite cinema: Megastar, but I can’t.

Today, I decided to call two of my friends and ask them to join my lady and I to go to Megastar. We love to watch the movie “I love you, Beth Cooper”. I accessed Megastar’s website before and they told me the movie will be screened at 7:15 PM. “7:15 would be great!” – said my friend – “we have time to have diner, and then enjoy the movie!”.

But when we come to CT Plaza’s Megastar, the ticket seller told us the movie was cancelled for week, but they didn’t update this information on their website. We were so disappointed. Why did they remain a cancelled movie on you website? Do they want to trick us? Bravo Megastar, you were trick us customers successfully. Are you for real, Megastar? Don’t tell me the reason that you gave a lot of efforts to become our beloved cinema is just to play us like that?

Just like the good recruitment service Vietnamworks turned bad while failed to do their customer relationship job, Megastar was failed to keep their flashy, slowly and unusable website updated to their customers, and then turned bad to me too. I know nothing last forever, but I really don’t understand the way these good services treated their customers. Did they think because in Vietnam they are the number one, so we – Vietnamese – just have our only choice to choose them? Yes, they are right at this time! But this “right” will not right anymore, until the day some of their competitors come to Vietnam. I swear I will be the first to switch to another good cinema, right after their quality matched Megastar’s.

This article is words from my heart, if you read it, remember it. Good is not enough to me, you sucker!

I had a similar experience with Megastar and their BS attending the Star Trek premiere.

wow, after reading caravat-how-to-be-different and now megastar, your grammar hasn’t been improved, you really need to work on that :D

@MegaStar: this is a big problem for many companies in Vietnam, they don’t maintain their website or they simply don’t care ab their website (maybe MegaStar don’t have an IT team). 100% agree with you on MegaStar website, un-usable at best.
